The ideal candidate will serve as a key architect of efficiency, focusing on the integration of automation and the optimization of resources to enhance overall productivity.

• Leads projects or processes of diverse scope, while working independently with limited supervision.
• Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals.
• Sustains continuous improvement/automation activities.
• Establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
• Conducts cost/inventory/production control and human factors studies to develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
• Assists manufacturing plant/facilities engineers with facility planning and design.
• Sustains relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: 5+ years of relevant industrial engineering experience.
• Master's Degree: 3+ years of relevant industrial engineering experience.
• PhD: Entry-level candidates with a doctorate are encouraged to apply.
• Equivlent Experience: A proven track record of success in the field in lieu of formal degrees.
