About the role

NVIDIA’s design studio is seeking a Senior Industrial Designer to drive product discovery, concept definition, and innovative implementation across a diverse range of solutions. Responsibilities

• Drive product discovery, concept definition, and innovative implementation across diverse solutions.
• Observe and embrace human needs, values, and behaviors to inform design decisions.
• Develop visual and emotional stories and prototypes that inspire and shift perspectives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through the design and manufacturing process.
• Research and utilize insights to craft industry-leading innovation.
• Communicate design concepts fluently across various mediums and formats.
• Deconstruct and invent groundbreaking solutions with a focus on form, emotion, and simplicity.

Requirements

• Industrial Design Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience.
• Agency or corporate experience, with work for major national/international brands.
• Ability to build creative solutions that capture human, technical, and aesthetic elements.
• Thrives in teamwork and embraces equal opportunity and imperfections.
• Comfort guiding multidisciplinary teams through design and manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in storytelling across various mediums and formats.
• Proven experience working across a variety of industries, with an emphasis on consumer products.
• Strong skills in form development and simplifying with emotion.
• Ability to deconstruct and invent groundbreaking solutions.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and thermal engineering principles.

Pay

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is:

• 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD for Level 4.
• 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
