Senior - Indirect Tax Technology & Transformation (TTT) - open locations

About the role

Join EY and help to build a sustainable tax strategy, assess and improve tax functions' processes, and support clients in managing effective relationships with tax authorities. Support key components of multiple tax engagements, including strategy, planning, risk assessment, team management, engagement economics, and delivery of exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Challenge the effectiveness of the tax strategy and approach for all engagements
• Develop strong relationships across a network of existing and future clients and key stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for the use of technology to accelerate and enhance delivery of indirect tax services
• Participate as a member of pursuit teams and service delivery teams

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or technology and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 2 years of related work experience
• Practical or academic experience in standard process analysis tools, process mapping, and flow chart diagramming, designing and developing databases

Qualifications

• Strong interest in technology and its use in business processes
• Strong data analytic skills and strong communication and teaming skills

Pay

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

Schedule

Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
