Senior Incident Handler

For our client, a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space, we are seeking a Senior Incident Handler to lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. About the role

You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to detect and prevent network intrusions
• Lead moderately complex risk assessments
• Manage development and implementation of action plans
• Oversee periodic assessment of security systems
• Contribute to program control processes for risk mitigation
• Create and deliver information security training materials
• Provide guidance and potential supervision to junior analysts
• Research the latest information security trends and threats

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and seven years of experience or equivalent education and experience
• Well-developed analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Proven leadership and staff management skills
• Expert knowledge of security concepts and practices

Pay

$112,500 – $168,750 annually
