Senior In-House Employment Counsel
Latitude is seeking an experienced in-house employment attorney for a 3+ month contract engagement. This is an immediate need for a professional with substantial experience in employment law advice, counsel, and litigation management. The role offers an excellent opportunity to join a collegial and highly skilled team. Hybrid or in-office work from the St. Louis area is preferred, though remote candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- 10+ years of attorney experience
- Extensive experience with employment law advice and counsel
- Extensive experience with litigation or litigation management
- In-house experience in a multi-state company is preferred
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Strong professional references

Pay
The annualized pay for this full-time position ranges from $170,000 to $200,000. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and candidate preference.
