Position Summary
DTN is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact software implementation projects for global enterprise customers. This role is responsible for driving successful deployment, adoption, and measurable outcomes of DTN’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Results-as-a-Service (RaaS) solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong project governance expertise with executive-level communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed SaaS environment.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Lead the planning and execution of customer implementation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees, risk management processes, and escalation paths.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors, ensuring clear communication of status, risks, and milestones.
• Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions to align DTN’s SaaS and RaaS solutions with customer goals and measurable outcomes.
• Cook up cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure seamless delivery.
• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive momentum from onboarding through go-live and early adoption.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and value realization frameworks.

What You Will Bring to the Position

• 7+ years of experience managing customer-facing SaaS implementation projects, ideally including outcomes-based or RaaS delivery models.
• A proven track record of delivering complex software implementations on time and within budget.
• A strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and SaaS delivery methodologies.
• An experience aligning solution capabilities to customer business needs, KPIs, and success criteria.
• A proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar).
• PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications preferred.
• A willingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including international travel.
