About the role

As a Senior Implementation Consultant at Fieldguide, you will be an integral member of our go-to-market team, working directly with our Customer Success and Go-To-Market teams to drive customer adoption of our platform. Reporting to the Head of Solutions, you will provide new customers with seamless onboarding experiences designed to maximize their return on investment quickly through our Fieldguide Accelerator program.

Responsibilities

  • Build trust with customers by maintaining regular engagement throughout their implementation, from sales handoff to value realization.
  • Guide growth by creating and maintaining a plan that outlines customer goals and activities needed to meet those goals, including regular progress reviews.
  • Build champions by cultivating customer advocates and growing their Fieldguide knowledge.
  • Advocate for the customer by serving as the link between customers and Fieldguide’s Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other cross-functional teams. Communicate customer needs to shape the product roadmap and internal processes.
  • Mitigate risks by proactively identifying success risks and developing action plans to address them.
  • Measure and document progress by tracking customer adoption, documenting case studies, use cases, and success metrics, and plotting value realization over time.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing, internal controls documentation, and audit methodology/workpapers review, OR 4+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup.
  • Strong consulting skills with proven results driving business value for customers as their trusted advisor.
  • Project management proficiency with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers and projects with minimal oversight.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence change, with a demonstrated history of effective communication across internal and customer teams.
  • Bias towards action, taking ownership of projects end-to-end with minimal direction.
  • Team player mentality with a mission-first approach.

Pay

Compensation range: $142,000 – $162,000.
