Senior Implementation Analyst

About the role

The Senior Implementation Analyst is responsible for leading the implementation of complex client solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Perform thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members during the implementation process.
• Document project deliverables and maintain project documentation for future reference.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software implementation and project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience with data migration and transformation tools.
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and platforms.

Skills
