Responsibilities

• Handle complex immigration matters, including removal defense, family-based petitions, and business immigration.
• Appear before the Immigration Court and, ideally, the Board of Immigration Appeals.
• Manage a high-volume, high-complexity caseload independently.
• Mentor junior attorneys or supervise legal support staff.
• Maintain a client-focused approach with a commitment to ethical, compassionate representation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active law license in Missouri and/or Kansas, or eligible for admission.
• A minimum of five years of substantive immigration law experience, including direct handling of removal defense, family-based petitions, and/or business immigration matters.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.

Pay

$150,000 - $180,000 per year
