Senior Immigration Attorney

About the role

A Senior Immigration Attorney is needed to provide legal representation and advice to clients on immigration matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in immigration law, including family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, and removal defense.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on immigration laws and regulations
• Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications
• Represent clients in immigration court hearings
• Provide legal guidance on compliance issues related to immigration policies
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in at least one state or the District of Columbia
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in immigration law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with immigration databases and software
• Knowledge of immigration policy trends and developments

Skills

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred

$120,000 - $150,000 annually
