Senior II Developer

About the role
This hybrid role (minimum 1 day/week in-office) focuses on the design and development of IT systems within the HCM (Human Capital Management) landscape. You will analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and perform full-stack development, maintenance, and support of HCM applications and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for all enhancements, configuration changes, and bug fixes.
- Ensure all production migrations, including bug fixes, have required documentation, test scripts, and thorough business approval.
- Provide technical support for system upgrades, patches, fixes, troubleshooting, and data manipulation/correction scripts.
- Ensure compliance with MCIT architectural, security, testing, documentation, and change migration policies.
- Enforce coding best practices across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field, or foreign equivalency.
- 6 years of experience implementing HCM business processes across Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, and Performance Management modules.
- 6 years of experience with HCM applications (PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle APEX) and proficiency in Python and Java.
- 6 years of experience managing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud.
- 6 years of experience managing data conversions from legacy applications to HCM cloud using cloud-native tools.
- 6 years of problem-solving experience to address technical challenges.
- 6 years of experience interpreting complex data and deriving actionable insights.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Pay
$101,493.51 - $147,000.00 annually. Actual salaries depend on experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. This range does not include bonuses, incentive pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
Schedule
35 hours per week.
