Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned iCertis Solutions Architect to serve as the primary owner and technical authority for our global Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This strategic role is responsible for ensuring system stability, driving optimization, and leading the continuous enhancement of the iCertis solution. You will leverage your deep understanding of iCertis modules, data models, workflow engines, and smart contracts to align the platform with evolving business objectives. By collaborating closely with business stakeholders and IT teams, you will architect and implement configuration improvements, advanced reporting, and robust integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Ownership & Strategy
- Act as the subject matter expert and primary owner of the iCertis CLM platform, governing its architecture, health, and roadmap.
- Solution Design & Configuration
- Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of iCertis modules, including complex workflow engines, business rules, document templates, and smart contract configurations.
- System Optimization & Support
- Ensure platform stability and performance. Proactively identify and implement optimizations to improve user experience, process efficiency, and data integrity.
- Integration Leadership
- Architect, oversee, and troubleshoot integrations between iCertis and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS).
- Business Collaboration
- Partner with legal, sales, procurement, and finance teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and actionable reporting.
- Data Model Management
- Maintain and evolve the platform's data model to support reporting analytics and business intelligence needs.
- Governance & Best Practices
- Establish and enforce configuration, development, and security best practices for the iCertis environment.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in similar roles with a focus on CLM platforms.
- Experience with iCertis modules, workflow engines, and smart contracts.
- Strong collaboration skills with business and IT teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
