Senior IBM BPM Developer

Location: Hopkins, Minnesota (Onsite)

About the role

This position is for an onshore contractor to support the aggressive delivery timeline for a Non-USD Cash Workflow initiative. The role is critical as it requires continuous collaboration with business stakeholders to refine requirements, validate workflow design, and resolve issues. An onshore resource is required to enable real-time engagement and accelerate decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus is development to meet project deadlines
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and validate workflow design
• Resolve issues quickly to ensure project timelines are met
• Support testing activities to help ensure the delivery of a high-quality solution

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience modeling processes using IBM BPM Process Designer, Integration, Implementing UCAs, Ajax, and Generic System Services
• Experience with Process Designer, BPDs, and Coach Framework as a Front End technology
• Experience with Process Modules, SCA modules and various bindings, Mediation modules, libraries, message handling, error handling, Human Tasks, BO, SDO, and Business Rules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an Agile environment
