Our client, a leading Financial Services provider, is seeking an IBM BPM and Web Developer to join their team on a W-2 basis.
Responsibilities
- Dedicate 100% of efforts to application development to meet strict project deadlines
- Model, integrate, and deploy complex business processes
- Link legacy back-end applications with modern web and BPM frameworks
- Code for high performance, database connectivity, and secure network firewalls
- Analyze, design, implement, and support web-related applications in support of the company's internet/intranet strategy
- Maintain e-commerce or business-related applications
- Collaborate continuously with business stakeholders to refine requirements, validate workflow design, resolve issues quickly, and support testing activities
- Enable real-time engagement, accelerate decision-making, reduce rework, and help ensure delivery of a high-quality solution within the committed timeframe
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience modeling processes using IBM BPM Process Designer, Integration, Implementing UCAs, Ajax, and Generic System Services
- Strong hands-on experience with Process Designer, BPDs, and Coach Framework as a Front End technology
- Strong hands-on experience with Process Modules, SCA modules and various bindings, Mediation modules, libraries, message handling, error handling, Human Tasks, BO, SDO, and Business Rules
- Experience with Java, ASP, C/C++, Cold Fusion, ActiveX, VB, HTML/DHTML, and an understanding of COM/DCOM, CORBA, and linking back-end applications
- Knowledge of authorizing tools and human interface
- Experienced with performance aspects of application development
- Knowledge of DBMSs, development methodology, standards, design tools, and specification representation
- MCP + Internet or other certifications such as Win 95/98/NT/Unix, JavaScript, VB Script, PERL, XML, HTML, SQL Server, Oracle, Progress, MS Front Page, Cold Fusion, Visual Interdev, ActiveX, Java Applets, ISAPI/NSAPI, or MS IIS
- Knowledge of web design principles and standards, firewall and network security, and Internet database connectivity

Work Environment
Hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the office. Locations: Hopkins, MN or Atlanta, GA.
Pay
The approximate pay range for this position is $49.00 to $70.00 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on background, knowledge, skills, and location.
