Senior IA Policy and Compliance Certified Professional
About the role
The Senior IA Policy and Compliance Certified Professional is sought to support information systems and networks within the Defense Intelligence Agency's Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III) task order. This role provides programmatic consultation and assesses privacy governance methodology.
Responsibilities
- Manages and directs the implementation, testing, and validation of physical, technical, and administrative security requirements.
- Aids in designing a strong security operations program and an effective business continuity plan.
- Evaluates programs against the Privacy Act, HIPAA/HITECH, Federal and commercial regulations and guidance.
- Maintains one or more of the following professional certifications: CISM, CIPA, CISSP, or GSLC.
- Determines and researches the causes of security breaches to recommend and implement changes to procedures.
- Aids in educating users on security procedures.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance
- BS, 12-15 years of relevant experience; MS, 10-13 years; PhD, 10+ years
- Maintains one or more of the following professional certifications: CISSP, CAP, CRISC, or CISA
- CIPP.US or CIPP/G
Desired Qualifications
- CISM, CASP+, GSLC, CGRC, NIST RMF Professional Training Certification, COBIT 2019 Design & Implementation, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, CCSP, TOGAF Foundation, ZT A, PMI-PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, DoD Cybersecurity Policy & Oversight coursework (CDSE or equivalent)

Pay
Target salary range: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00. The salary range displayed is an estimate only and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements.
