Responsibilities
- Support enterprise-wide HxGN EAM implementation initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and gather functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and business process review sessions.
- Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes.
- Cook up detailed project schedules and implementation plans.
- Cook up project activities across cross-functional teams and business units.
- Produce project documentation including:
- Functional requirements
- Project scope
- Status reports
- Executive summaries
- Technical documentation
- Process flows
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience extending HxGN EAM using the Extensibility Framework.
- 3–5+ years of HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM) implementation experience.
- Experience leading or supporting large Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) projects.
- Strong understanding of enterprise asset management processes and best practices.
- Experience facilitating business requirements gathering sessions.
- Strong project planning and project documentation skills.
- Experience creating:
- Functional requirements
- Process flows
- Project schedules
- Status reports
- Technical documentation
Qualifications
Experience within transportation, rail, or transit environments is highly desirable.
