Senior HVAC Technician

Local and growing HVAC company with a 30+ year legacy serving South Florida's commercial market—office buildings, hospitals, and large-scale construction projects—is hiring experienced senior technicians.

Pay

• $30 - $42/hour based on experience

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform chiller maintenance, inspections, and replacements
• Service and maintain cooling towers including mechanical repairs and cleaning
• Install and maintain heat pump systems across commercial and high-rise environments
• Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues
• Work on large-scale commercial installations and system replacements
• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical plans
• Ensure all work meets building codes and safety standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Hands-on experience with chillers, cooling towers, and heat pumps
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and leading in the field
