Senior HVAC Specialist

Essential Functions

• Manage, prioritize, and complete multiple service calls.
• Calls are dispatched by the Nouria HVAC/R Manager who will assist with call prioritization and ordering of related supplies.
• Use HVAC tools and multimeters proficiently; must provide own tools – Nouria will purchase additional tools/ (specialty) items as needed.
• Perform general maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and other related work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Train and work with others.

• Time management skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications currently utilized by Nouria Energy.
