Essential Functions
- Manage, prioritize, and complete multiple service calls.
- Calls are dispatched by the Nouria HVAC/R Manager who will assist with call prioritization and ordering of related supplies.
- Use HVAC tools and multimeters proficiently; must provide own tools – Nouria will purchase additional tools/ (specialty) items as needed.
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and other related work in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Train and work with others.
Job Related Skills
- Time management skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications currently utilized by Nouria Energy.
Education & Experience
- High School diploma required.
- Trade School certificate required.
- EPA universal certification required.
- R.T License preferred – willing to train and send to school.
- 3-7 years of work experience required.
