Senior Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage turnover and recruitment processes
• Administer payroll and benefits
• Drive positive employee relations
• Act as a consultant for performance management, disciplinary documentation, investigations, and coaching/training for managers and field HR managers
• Provide guidance to HR managers at other locations to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or Human Resources management or equivalent work experience
• Valid driver's license
• 3+ years' Human Resources management experience
• Experience in compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training
• Ability to travel 35% of the time with overnight stays

Qualifications

• Preferred 3+ years' Human Resources management experience
• Preferred Valid driver's license

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $81,000 - $105,000/Year.
