Senior Human Resources Generalist – Raleigh - Human Resources

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Generalist (S-HRG) will work under the direction of the Vice President of Human Resources and will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including benefit administration, compensation analysis, compliance, internal reporting, audits, etc. The role supports the recruiting team and tracks the status of recruitment activities worldwide, and is based in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

• Follow Mackay’s policies and procedures.
• Successfully execute assigned projects within deadline.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, organizing records, creating various file folders, processing invoices, collecting applicant documents, drafting offer letters, and updating recruiting status spreadsheets.
• Assist the recruiting team with candidate screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, setting up testing, maintaining internal reports and applicant files.
• Monitor the internet for unauthorized or fraudulent job posts.
• Maintain compliance with internal procedures, communication requirements, labor laws, and promote the value of Human Resources.
• Support the recruiting team and track the status of recruitment activities worldwide.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist in a corporate environment.
• Global HR experience is highly preferred.
• 1+ year of recruiting experience in recruiting support.
• Commitment to working cohesively as a member of a team and directly with your manager.
