Senior Human Resources Generalist
Brief Job Overview
The Senior Human Resources Generalist is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support across global client groups. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Excellence (COEs), and business leaders to execute HR strategies, enhance employee experience, and support organizational effectiveness.

Has The Following Responsibilities
- HRBP and ER Advisory & Support
- Partner with HRBPs to support and execute HR strategies aligned to business needs
- Operate and implement HRBP-led strategies within assigned client groups
- Talent & Performance Management
- Support and reinforce performance management practices, including goal setting, feedback, documentation, and development planning
- Guide managers on performance improvement and employee development
- Contribute to workforce analysis and talent management and review processes
- Ensure proper documentation practices for both strong and underperformance
- HR Programs & Employee Experience
- Support and contribute to the design, development, and execution of HR programs and processes, including:
- Performance Assessment & Development
- Employee engagement initiatives
- Talent reviews and workforce planning
- Policy updates and communications
- Exit interviews and feedback analysis
- Analyze employee feedback (e.g., from exit interviews) and partner with managers on continuous improvement actions
- Identify trends and root causes in employee relations issues and propose solutions to improve engagement and workplace culture
- HR Operations, Compliance & Systems
- Reinforce organizational policies, procedures, and employment practices
- Partner with the HRIS team to ensure data accuracy and support process improvements
- Maintain high-quality documentation and reporting standards
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Learning & Development, People Experience) to deliver consistent and effective HR support
- Ensure client groups receive appropriate services, guidance, and communications from centralized HR functions
- Change Management & Projects
- Support HR change management initiatives within assigned client groups
- Collaborate with HRBPs and HR Communications on rollout and adoption of changes
- Lead or contribute to specific HR projects and process improvement initiatives

Benefits
- Base Salary Range: USD $83,368 – 118,800 annually
- Target Annual Bonus: % Varies based on level of role
