About the role
Serve as the primary HR resource for managers, handling employee relations, performance management, and compensation processes.
Responsibilities
- Guide managers through employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement processes.
- Manage performance review cycles, compensation planning, salary matrices, and merit increase processes.
- Oversight of recruiting and onboarding processes, including job description management, workforce planning, I-9 compliance, E-Verify, and HR file maintenance.
- Administer employee separations and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, culture programs, surveys, and recognition/service award programs.
- Assist with payroll and HRIS administration, including managing employee records, payroll audits, timekeeping, training schedules, surveys, and internal communications.
- Administer benefits administration, open enrollment, Total Rewards Statements, and handle employee leave requests, including FMLA coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with leadership to support risk mitigation, policy consistency, and strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
