About the role

Serve as the primary HR resource for managers, handling employee relations, performance management, and compensation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Guide managers through employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement processes.
  • Manage performance review cycles, compensation planning, salary matrices, and merit increase processes.
  • Oversight of recruiting and onboarding processes, including job description management, workforce planning, I-9 compliance, E-Verify, and HR file maintenance.
  • Administer employee separations and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, culture programs, surveys, and recognition/service award programs.
  • Assist with payroll and HRIS administration, including managing employee records, payroll audits, timekeeping, training schedules, surveys, and internal communications.
  • Administer benefits administration, open enrollment, Total Rewards Statements, and handle employee leave requests, including FMLA coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with leadership to support risk mitigation, policy consistency, and strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Proven ability to resolve complex HR issues.
  • Experience with performance management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
