About the role
Responsible for managing HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Works closely with management to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new employees
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Support managers with performance evaluations and training needs
- Handle employee benefits administration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in HR generalist roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
