Senior Human Resources Director Field Supprt

South Jersey Complete Care is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Director – Field Support to support our South Jersey skilled nursing facilities, with the majority located in Ocean and Monmouth Counties. This is a hands-on, multi-site HR role working closely with the Regional HR Director to support facility HR teams, ensure compliance, and provide guidance on employee relations and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
• Travel to facilities to assist with HR leadership coverage, vacancies, and operational needs.
• Mentor and support facility HR Directors, including onboarding and training.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
• Conduct personnel file and compliance audits.
• Support leave administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR processes.
• Partner with Regional HR leadership on special projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare strongly preferred.
• Facility-level HR Director or HR Manager experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong employee relations and HR compliance knowledge.
• ADP and/or UKG experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and support multiple locations.

Schedule

This position requires approximately 95% travel throughout South Jersey. Weekend availability is required as needed based on facility needs.
