How You Will Make History Here

The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to the Chief Transformation Officer’s leadership team, partnering closely with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, leadership development, employee engagement, and workforce planning while supporting the execution of Campbell's transformation agenda.

As both a strategic HR partner and hands-on practitioner, this role leads key people initiatives and influences outcomes through collaboration with Centers of Excellence including Talent, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Learning, Talent Acquisition, and Change Management.

This role plays a critical part in enabling enterprise transformation by supporting the Transformation Office, standing up new ways of working, advancing enterprise culture initiatives, and helping drive adoption of major programs such as NextGen IBP.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary HR advisor to Transformation Office and IT leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities.
  • Act as a coach and partner to leaders, advising on organizational implications of functional and business decisions and strategy.
  • Partner with leaders to build high-performing teams and drive accountability, engagement, and results.
  • Provide insight and guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and operating model effectiveness.
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development processes.
  • Develop retention and engagement strategies for critical talent and key roles.
  • Partner with leaders to identify organizational capability needs and build future-ready talent plans.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation.
  • Coach leaders on performance improvement, difficult conversations, and team dynamics.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and employment practices.
  • Facilitate leadership team effectiveness, team assimilations, and organizational health interventions.
  • Support leaders through periods of growth, transformation, and organizational change.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen collaboration, accountability, and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Partner with direct manager and Transformation Office leaders to stand up and mature the Transformation Office operating model.
  • Partner with Change Management, PMO, and business teams to drive adoption and organizational readiness for transformational programs, including NextGen IBP and digital initiatives.
  • Champion change and help leaders navigate organizational impacts resulting from transformation efforts.

Who You Will Work With

  • Partner closely with the Chief Transformation Officer’s leadership team, Transformation Office leaders, and IT leaders.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and HR resources to deliver integrated people solutions.
  • Lead through influence in a matrixed environment, ensuring alignment across HR and business stakeholders.
  • Translate business strategy into practical people priorities and execution plans.
  • Work cross-functionally with Change Management, PMO, and business teams to support adoption and organizational readiness for key transformation programs.

Compensation And Benefits

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $139,800-$192,200.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.

Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
