About the Role
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategy with business objectives to drive organizational performance. Serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees alike, the Senior HRBP is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR solutions that foster talent growth, engagement, and operational excellence.
This seasoned professional combines deep expertise in human resources with strong business acumen, ensuring that people strategies elevate both culture and results. Supports business partners at VP level in the Technology and the Data Solutions business units.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for complex employee relations matters, providing guidance, mediation, and conflict resolution to ensure a positive and productive workplace.
- Conducts Investigations of medium to high complexity and risk level.
- Identify learning and development needs within the business unit and recommend solutions. Support the implementation of employee training, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs, identify talent gaps, and support the recruitment and onboarding process. Participate in workforce planning to ensure future talent needs are met.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional HR projects or Enterprise Programs to deliver on business goals.
- Mentor to help develop HR colleagues across the HR organization. Foster an environment of collaboration with others to support business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making, measure the impact of HR initiatives, and report on key metrics to inform the business.
- Support organizational transformation initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, restructures, and digitalization, by managing the people aspects of change, fostering buy-in, and minimizing disruption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 8 years HR Experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar
- 8 years experience in HR Principles and practices
- 5 years experience in HR role supporting client groups
- Experience provviding immigration support for employees
- Global HR experience
- Experience using AI for HR efficiencies and processes
- Ability to see the big picture and align HR initiatives with overall business objectives
- Skilled at forging strong partnerships with leaders, employees, and external partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Pay
The compensation range for this position is $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
