Your new role This role provides senior HSEQ leadership across Ramboll’s EPC/EPCM project portfolio in Ramboll Americas, supporting the safe delivery of complex engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning, and turnover activities. The role is responsible for establishing consistent HSEQ governance, aligning contractors and project teams, supporting high-risk work planning, and enabling effective execution across multiple concurrent projects. The successful candidate will bring significant hands-on experience from large-scale EPC/EPCM construction environments and will be able to operate confidently at both strategic and field execution levels. The ideal candidate will be a credible HSEQ leader with significant field experience on large-scale construction or EPC/EPCM projects, strong contractor management capability, and the confidence to influence senior project, client, and contractor stakeholders.
