About the role

NETSCOUT is seeking a Senior HRIS Workday Analyst to join our Human Resources team, reporting to the Senior Director of HRIS & HR Operations. This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of our Workday environment. NETSCOUT is preparing for a Workday go-live in October, making this an exciting time to join. You will play a key role in post-production support, stabilization, and ongoing enhancements that will shape the future of Workday at NETSCOUT. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Workday configuration experience and enjoys solving business problems through technology. Success in this role requires curiosity, collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and support Workday (business processes, security, organizations, calculated fields, and related functionality).
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Support go-live, post-production stabilization, issue resolution, and ongoing system optimization.
  • Gather requirements, recommend solutions, and configure enhancements that improve business processes.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
  • Monitor integrations and collaborate with technical teams or vendors to resolve issues.
  • Support Workday releases, including testing, validation, and deployment.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support operational and business needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through strong system administration practices.
  • Lead smaller HRIS initiatives and contribute to larger projects as the environment evolves.
  • Maintain documentation and provide functional support to HR and business partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration.
  • Experience with Workday business processes, security, reporting, and core functionality.
  • Experience supporting one or more Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Absence).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting Workday go-live and post-production environments.
  • Experience with Workday integrations and vendor collaboration.
  • Experience leading HRIS enhancements or small projects.

Pay

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115K to $135K. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
