Job Summary

The Senior HRIS Solutions Analyst handles the Lawson Human Resources Management System (HRMS). This role will partner with various business and functional teams. You will give systems and process solutions. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, and support HR system installations and upgrades.

What you will do in this role

  • Lead many, complex concurrent projects
  • Interface with many levels/functional areas within the organization to understand business needs
  • Helps in development of appropriate design & process solutions
  • Interface with vendors to ensure systems are operating as expected and issues are resolved
  • Develop and deliver HR systems training for core user groups

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • No Travel Required
  • 5 years experience Required
