About the role
This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage Workday Benefits configuration for U.S. employees
- Lead annual Open Enrollment process and activities
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for compliance and workforce planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes
- Drive system optimization and data integrity initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with a focus on Workday
- 2-5 years of hands-on Workday benefits configuration experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present insights to leadership
- Experience working with multi-state and global organizations
