About the role
As a Senior Strategic HRBP for GTM & Commercial, you will serve as the primary strategic People Partner to our US (and global to some extent) commercial executive leadership team. You will blend deep commercial acumen with strategic HR mastery, translating revenue objectives into scalable talent, organizational design, and compensation frameworks across a high-growth global Fintech ecosystem. You will partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to build enterprise GTM compensation architecture (OTE/SIP), establish company-wide Talent Review & succession frameworks, and advise sales leadership on org design and headcount strategy to drive scalable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and executive leadership to build Trustly’s enterprise GTM compensation architecture, introducing standardized OTE ranges, market benchmarking, quota frameworks, incentive design, and governance for compensation decisions.
- Drive the ongoing evaluation of GTM incentive philosophy, leading compensation redesigns that shift Business Development metrics from activity to sales-qualified pipeline and simplifying Customer Success incentives to reinforce customer retention (NRR) and business outcomes.
- Advise GTM leadership on organizational effectiveness, including organizational design, headcount strategy, succession planning, and complex employee relations, enabling the business to scale through periods of rapid growth and change.
- Design and launch Trustly’s enterprise Talent Review framework, establishing a consistent company-wide operating model for talent assessment, calibration, succession planning, and executive talent visibility while building supporting manager enablement.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the CCO and senior commercial leaders, providing radical candor feedback and driving high-performance team dynamics across global markets.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR/HRBP experience, with substantial time supporting executive commercial/GTM leaders in fast-growing tech or fintech environments.
- Proven track record building enterprise OTE structures, quota frameworks, and incentive designs in partnership with RevOps & Finance.
- Demonstrated experience designing and launching enterprise-wide Talent Review, calibration, succession, and executive visibility frameworks.
- Comfortable influencing C-suite executives, delivering radical candor, and thriving in building scalable, documented processes from scratch.
What success looks like
- Incentive & Comp Alignment: Standardized OTE ranges and redesigned incentives aligned with pipeline and NRR, driving direct alignment between sales performance, retention, and profitable growth.
