About the role
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity based in Irving, TX and is a fully onsite position. The Senior HR Professional will serve as the primary HR Business Partner for the Dallas headquarters while also leading and supporting high-impact global HR initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for the Dallas headquarters, supporting approximately 20–30 corporate employees and acting as the local HR leader.
- Partner with executive leadership and managers on talent management, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, and organizational development initiatives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding activities.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and support payroll and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Provide expert guidance on U.S. employment laws, benefits, healthcare programs, HR compliance, and employee relations matters.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including integration projects, process improvements, and HR transformation efforts.
- Serve as a key contributor to global HR projects involving compensation and benefits, succession planning, talent development, learning initiatives, job architecture, and HR process standardization.
- Collaborate with HR leaders across multiple countries to share best practices and ensure alignment between global programs and local business needs.
- Support ongoing integration and due diligence activities related to organizational growth, acquisitions, and joint venture initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Business Partner and/or Senior HR Generalist responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, onboarding, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change, HR projects, integrations, process improvements, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within a global or international organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM-SCP and/or HRCI certification.
- Experience with Oracle HCM or similar HRIS platforms.
