Job Description
Product Managers at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in driving product visioning, planning and development to deliver on our human + digital product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. As a Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to understand, interpret and meet business needs and requirements while staying focused on the employee and manager experience
- Lead through influence to gather cross-functional alignment across business lines, technology, and experience teams to define and drive product strategy in accordance with product mission, vision and guiding principles
- Own and drive product OKRs across core Workday HCM business processes, as well as the broader product experience landscape, supporting Feature/Epic prioritization and guiding teams in translating strategy into executable work
- Help define and evolve overall Workday HCM product strategy while retaining accountability for driving successful execution along the product roadmap
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Workday HCM product management experience including some combination of ownership and accountability for Workday core business processes
- Successful Product Experience ownership or accountability for a technical product
- Proven ability to define and lead product strategy across complex or multi-product environments
- Experience driving measurable business outcomes (e.g., adoption, efficiency, cost, or risk reduction)
- HR technology product management experience in relation to the critical interdependencies among product model system elements that help and hinder performance; ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, key performance indicators, design systems, service blueprints, and reusability.
- Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities, internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value
- Strong customer centricity to implement strategies and techniques used to ensure that customers have a positive experience with the organization's products and services at every touch point
- Knowledge of technical aspects of software products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products
- Knowledge of Agile ways of working, knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for assessing and controlling an organization's exposure to risks of various kinds; ability to apply knowledge of risk management appropriately to diverse situations
Minimum Qualifications
- Five or more years' product management experience, including significant experience in Workday HCM
- Demonstrated experience owning product strategy and delivering outcomes across complex product areas
Location Expectations
This role will require three (3)+ days in the office at one of the listed U.S. Bank hub locations.

Pay Range
$133,365.00 - $156,900.00
