For our client, we are seeking a Senior HR Manager to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will serve as a hands-on HR leader supporting a remote, fast-paced organization and owning core people operations processes end to end. The position will partner closely with Finance, Legal, and IT to strengthen compliance, improve employee experience, and keep the HR function running smoothly. You will also help shape recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and performance programs that support a distributed workforce. The ideal candidate is a strong solo operator who can balance day-to-day execution with thoughtful process improvement and sensitive employee relations work. This opportunity is well suited for someone who thrives in autonomy, brings strong emotional intelligence, and is comfortable using modern HR technology to improve efficiency. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $135,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruiting for key hires and build structured interview workflows Execute onboarding processes for new hires to ensure quick integration Oversee multi-state payroll operations and maintain HRIS data integrity Administer health benefits and manage vendor relationships and employee inquiries Update HR policies and ensure compliance with employment regulations Facilitate performance review cycles and manage compensation benchmarking Track team health and organize engagement activities across the remote team Qualifications 6-8 years of hands-on HR or People Operations experience, ideally in a remote, fast-paced tech startup or SaaS environment Proven experience as a solo HR operator who thrives with autonomy and owns processes end to end Strong partnership skills for collaborating with Finance, Legal, and IT Deep knowledge of multi-state labor compliance and benefits administration Familiarity with modern HR tech stacks, such as Rippling and Slack, and interest in using AI to enhance HR operations Exceptional emotional intelligence to navigate sensitive employee relations issues Benefits Equity for full-time U.S.-based employees 100% employee premium coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave Monthly wellness reimbursement Flexible time off policy Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage Contribution toward a Health Savings Account (HSA) Medical and dependent-care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
