Senior HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Managing workplace issues (investigations, documentation, coaching)
• Fostering positive employee engagement
• Managing, delegating, and coaching a small team of HR Coordinators and HR Generalists
• Supporting talent acquisition and new hire integration
• Maintaining and updating the employee handbook
• Ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies
• Managing and assisting with employee benefits programs
• Administering and communicating HR policies and procedures
• Creating strategic HR initiatives and projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including employee relations
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
• Knowledge in State and Federal employment laws, basic OSHA safety practices and procedures, and employee relations principles
• Experience in employee relations, investigations, compliance, and operations is a must
