About the role
This role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the people strategy aligned with business priorities
- Lead and develop a geographically diverse HR team to foster collaboration and safety
- Partner with leaders to convert business strategy into workforce and talent priorities
- Guide succession planning and talent strategies for critical roles
- Oversee organizational design and change initiatives for innovation and growth
- Drive impactful HR programs and processes in an international context
- Leverage data insights for effective people decisions and organizational improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR management, business, psychology, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in global organizations
- Strong experience partnering and influencing senior business leaders
- Broad HR expertise in talent, organizational design, and change management
- Strong business acumen related to strategy and organizational dynamics, preferably in technology
- International HR leadership experience, particularly with dispersed teams preferred
