We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Associate to support a broad range of human resources activities in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This position plays a key role in fostering a positive employee experience by providing guidance across the employee lifecycle, coordinating talent acquisition efforts, and maintaining accurate HR operations. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to balance day-to-day priorities with longer-term HR initiatives. Responsibilities: • Advise employees and managers on workplace policies, employee relations matters, and performance-related questions with professionalism and discretion. • Lead recruitment activities from role posting through offer coordination, including applicant review, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates and hiring teams. • Oversee onboarding and separation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees. • Maintain HRIS data, personnel files, and compliance documentation with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. • Support benefit-related administration and respond to routine employee questions regarding HR programs and processes. • Coordinate training activities and assist with annual review cycles by tracking timelines, documentation, and follow-up actions. • Contribute to employee engagement efforts by helping organize recognition initiatives, staff events, and other culture-building programs. • Participate in HR planning, process enhancements, and special projects that improve efficiency and service delivery across the function. • Bachelor’s degree is required. • 4–10 years of human resources experience in an office or organizational setting. • Demonstrated knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, benefits support, and HR information systems. • Strong attention to detail and a consistent ability to produce accurate, dependable work. • Proficiency with common workplace technology and the effective, responsible use of AI-enabled tools. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities at once, follow through on assignments, and meet established deadlines. • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
