About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR administrator or HR assistant to join a prestigious, hugely successful media and advertising agency. Based in fabulous offices in central London for at least three days per week, you will be part of small but highly effective HR team supporting a lively, energetic, high-performing workforce. Two days per week are able to be worked remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Updating and carrying out new starter and induction processes
  • Maintaining HR records and managing databases
  • Assisting with the payroll and benefits process
  • Acting as first point of contact for all HR related queries including first level ER support
  • Updating HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting initiatives for employee well-being, retention and development

Requirements

The right candidate will have approximately 12 months+ UK based HR experience (ideally in the creative industries), an interest in building a long-term career in HR, excellent verbal and written communications skills together with an outgoing, proactive and intelligent approach, the desire to learn more about the media, marketing and creative sectors, and superb attention to detail.

Pay

Salary: Between £35,000 and £38,000 dependent on experience plus great benefits.
