About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor with a strong background in Human Resources, including at least four years of HR generalist experience with a focus on leading talent development. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and applications, and the ability to leverage AI to support and scale talent development and learning initiatives.

In this role, you will provide tactical, responsive HR support to individual contributors in assigned business units or functions, serving as the first point of contact and trusted advisor for employee relations issues and human resources policies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide reliable and timely coaching and counseling to employees to ensure consistent, transparent application of policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve complex employee relations issues, balancing employee advocacy with stewardship of company policies and employment laws.
  • Serve as the local HR point of contact for internal processes, including Performance Management, New Hire Orientation, and Exit interviews.
  • Conduct training on company policy, programs, and other issues as they arise.
  • Partner and participate with local teams on recruitment outreach efforts.
  • Serve as an active member of HR-related project teams as assigned.
  • Mentor others within the HR department by providing technical advice and guidance.
  • Assist the HR Manager in the development and maintenance of processes, policies, and new initiatives.
  • Apprise and escalate potential legal, risk, safety, or other concerns to the HR Manager.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar area of study, or a High School Diploma or GED (accredited) plus 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • 4 years of relevant work experience in an HR Advisor or Generalist capacity (in addition to education requirements).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
