THE ROLE
Lead transportation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for DOT and agency clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
Oversee design development for roadway and multimodal projects, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with project goals.

YOUR STRENGTHS
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required, or ability to obtain licensure within a defined timeframe
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or construction engineering or equivalent from an ABET-accredited institution
- Progressive experience in highway and transportation engineering with demonstrated growth in technical and leadership responsibility
- Experience serving as a technical mentor, reviewer, or discipline resource for other engineers
- Advanced project management experience leading complex projects and teams
- Strong financial, project profitability, and operational planning acumen
- Working knowledge of civil engineering transportation DOT regulations and processes
- Understanding of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil3D, Blue Beam)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and grow client relationships and generate new business opportunities
- A valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record is required for periodic travel
