About the role
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access tools. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with user training, and maintain helpdesk logs.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Train users on new software and hardware configurations.
- Document and track all helpdesk tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure smooth operation of systems and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and common software applications.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote access tools.
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting and basic cybersecurity principles.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple open tickets simultaneously.

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
