About the role

Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access tools. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with user training, and maintain helpdesk logs.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Train users on new software and hardware configurations.
  • Document and track all helpdesk tickets and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with IT team to ensure smooth operation of systems and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and common software applications.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote access tools.
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting and basic cybersecurity principles.

Skills

  • Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple open tickets simultaneously.
