Senior Healthcare Performance Improvement Consultant

About the role

This position supports healthcare organizations in achieving sustainable performance improvements by analyzing operational, financial, and performance data to identify opportunities for margin enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational assessments, provider productivity and compensation analyses, service line evaluations, staff productivity reviews, and system throughput and expense analyses.
• Develop reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and support decision-making.
• Coordinate project plans and facilitate client communication.
• Collaborate across healthcare consulting service lines to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, performance improvement, analytics, or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization.
• Project management abilities.
• Ability to travel as needed.
