About the Role
Registered Nurse responsible for analyzing complex healthcare claims, pharmacy, and lab data related to network utilization and cost containment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, write, and present healthcare utilization and cost containment reports with actionable recommendations.
- Oversee development, organization, and maintenance of diverse healthcare datasets.
- Develop processes to clean and integrate complex healthcare data for analytics and insight generation.
- Supervise completion of special projects for internal departments, regulatory, and external agencies.
- Establish and manage timelines for reports and projects.
- Ensure quality of outputs through reviews and quality checks.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience; 5-7 years preferred.
- RN license highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
