About the Role
Responsible for analyzing complex healthcare claims, pharmacy, and lab data related to network utilization and cost containment. Develops, maintains, and oversees healthcare data to support analytics and insights. Evaluates data, writes reports, and makes recommendations to improve healthcare utilization and costs. Supervises special projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality of outputs. Ensures data accuracy through quality checks and reviews.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license highly preferred
- Associate's Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred
- 3-5 years of experience; 5-7 years preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
