Senior Health Economics & Outcomes Research Analyst

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Health Economics & Outcomes Research Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will focus on generating evidence that informs product value, reimbursement strategy, and market access decisions. You will work closely with reimbursement and clinical research partners to translate healthcare data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders and external audiences. The position also supports the development of country-specific evidence packages and research outputs for publication and presentations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $104,800 – $157,200 annually Responsibilities Design studies using healthcare claims and device data to assess outcomes and costs Conduct observational and economic research to support product decisions and reimbursement strategies Evaluate product value through clinical and economic data comparisons Prepare research results for publication and presentations Develop country-specific evidence for reimbursement coverage Collaborate with reimbursement staff on economic evidence needs Work with clinical research teams to integrate health outcomes into trials Qualifications Baccalaureate degree required; advanced degree preferred 4+ years of relevant healthcare data experience, or 2+ years with an advanced degree Experience with administrative claims data is a plus Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, STATA, or R Strong quantitative skills, ideally with training in econometrics or statistics Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options Tuition assistance and reimbursement 401(k) plan with employer contribution and match Employee stock purchase plan and incentive plans Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
