- Define verification plans, coverage goals, and test protocols across the product development lifecycle
- Partner with hardware design, systems engineering, and analysis teams to ensure requirements, testability, and verification readiness are addressed early in development
- Maintain clear end-to-end traceability from subsystem requirements through test execution and results
- Develop and execute subsystem-level characterization and design verification testing for torso electronics
- Design automated, repeatable test setups for electrical interfaces, actuators, sensors, end-effectors, and control electronics
- Build test scripts, tooling, and diagnostics to improve efficiency, repeatability, and data quality
- Lead investigation of verification test failures and nonconformances, driving root cause identification and corrective actions in partnership with design teams
- Identify gaps in verification coverage and implement improvements in test infrastructure, processes, and standards
- Document test methods, results, and best practices to scale learning across future development cycles
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of strong engineering rigor, execution, and continuous improvement
