Our Hardware team is part of the Seakeeper Embedded & Hardware department. It is a small but mighty team that covers a lot of ground. The team operates with a flat structure, managing projects through an Agile workflow that allows maximum exposure to a variety of projects and systems. Team members have diverse backgrounds and specialties, including hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, software, and controls engineering, with a strong emphasis on collaboration. You’ll be involved in a range of projects with program-level exposure rather than owning only a small defined piece of the process.

About Us

Seakeeper is on a mission to create products that transform the boating experience. Founded in 2008, we have grown from a start-up to the worldwide leader in marine motion control. Our gyrostabilization technology eliminates up to 90% of boat roll, creating a land-like experience on the water. In 2022, we launched Seakeeper Ride, a first-of-its-kind Vessel Attitude Control System that eliminates underway pitch and roll, making time on the water safer and more comfortable. We are committed to innovation and pushing the boundaries of what our technologies can achieve.

We value a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration, where great ideas are encouraged and everyone is empowered to contribute to our larger goals. We thrive on change and operate with the nimbleness of a scrappy startup.
