About the role
Lead the design and development of next-generation network visibility platforms that integrate high-speed networking with compute and FPGA resources. Direct all phases of the hardware development lifecycle, from initial architecture through production release. Manage, develop, and mentor a diverse, cross-functional team consisting of hardware, mechanical, and ECAD resources. Collaborate closely with product management, RTL, software, compliance, and manufacturing teams in a dynamic environment. Assist with managing and building OEM relationships while supporting sustaining efforts to improve manufacturing yields.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities
- Hands-on background in the design, development, and productization of computer networking equipment
- Solid working knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and PCB stackups and materials
- Proven experience with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design techniques and resolution of compliance issues
- Familiarity with high-performance processors and embedded platforms
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
