About the role

The Senior Hardware Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing advanced robotic systems. This role requires expertise in electronics, mechanical engineering, and software integration.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop hardware components for robotics applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers and mechanical engineers
  • Conduct tests and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Document design processes and test results

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hardware engineering
  • Experience with robotics and automation systems
  • Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and microcontrollers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
  • Experience with prototyping and testing hardware
  • Good understanding of electrical principles and safety protocols

Skills

  • Programming languages: C++, Python
  • Prototyping tools: Arduino, Raspberry Pi
  • Testing equipment: Oscilloscopes, multimeters

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
