About the role
The Senior Hardware Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing advanced robotic systems. This role requires expertise in electronics, mechanical engineering, and software integration.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop hardware components for robotics applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers and mechanical engineers
- Conduct tests and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Document design processes and test results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hardware engineering
- Experience with robotics and automation systems
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and microcontrollers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
- Experience with prototyping and testing hardware
- Good understanding of electrical principles and safety protocols
Skills
- Programming languages: C++, Python
